A Projector's Theme Is Recognition 🔍
‘you're here to be both recognized AND to recognize’
Here’s a Ra passage from the Projector Empowerment audios (I think 🤔) that Vanessa kindly shared to me.
Big picture here, I think this can become confusing or even difficult to wrap our head around - if that’s even individually correct - because it is a bit chicken and egg seeming and of course it’s one’s personal authority that comes into the correctness (or not) for the individual.
Was not included here.
For me, my open head is and may always be my lowest hanging hijacker of my own authority - without a lot of seeing it in action these last 10 years, I’m not sure any of the other goodness in HD would ever have been available to me.
It’s a sort of ‘vigilant’ watching of what captures my attention and ‘so spends my days’ - quite literally. 🤓🙃🤷🏻♀️
Reminds me of a quote from Annie Dillard (I was unfamiliar) that I have posted on my whiteboard - it’s a partial quote actually, maybe I find the full thing -
“How we spend our days is, of course how we spend our life”
Oh what the Mind might easily do with that sans HD awareness 👀
What I’ve become more and more adept at is catching whatever isn’t for me sooner than the exhaustion/bitterness point.
And exiting, reclaiming my open head from that which is just not for me. Essentially recognizing the non-recognition 😋
Interest waning, attention wandering, in my case … or noticing I feel like I have to prove something … are my particular most readily identified clues.
Doesn’t matter who I’m with - if they’re not pulling from my well …. well … 🙃
And so it goes. I’m out asap.
Heading back to my never-shoulding and thinking about things that actually matter - to me.
Or at least making the space for that.
Just did it to John on the phone this evening (and maybe this is a 3rd line with the benefit of a defined Solar Plexus ‘being’ thing) …
“hey, I gotta go” 👋🏽
🤷🏻♀️🤓
Now here’s Ra -
“Most of all, it's about figuring out the way in which the other operates in any kind of circumstance, environment, or condition because the whole theme is recognition.
I think most Projectors when they first discover what it is to be a Projector, first of all, there is a certain level of annoyance.
It's like:
What is this?
What do you mean?
That's the first thing.
The second thing is not really grasping the deepest keynote that's there in the Design of a Projector.
That is, you're here to be both recognized and to recognize. It's sort of like a Catch-22.
That is, the more you recognize, the more you recognize. And the more you're recognized, the more you're recognized. And it goes on and on.
But it means there is an inherent dilemma that is there for the Projector because what do you put your attention to?
What's worth recognizing? And what's worth being recognized for?
Because after all, if you're not a success, you've got a sour life.
You're going to be bitter, pissed off, this whole thing, because everything about what it is to be a Projector is to be a success.
And not [speaking here] in the material sense of the word. It's not about that. You have to deconstruct that to any level.
It's about feeling within yourself that you're a success in the process in your life.
The only way that you get there is by getting the recognition.
If you don't get the recognition, you're not going to have that sense of success.
The recognition brings energy.
It brings generating and manifesting and all of the various things that are part of your process.
So, the question comes down to:
‘Where do you put your attention?’
[I think there’s a fundamental flaw in phrasing here with “put” - that’s a do-ing word, see what I mean?]
Because you can recognize [see], there are all kinds of things you can recognize [see] at the superficial [mundane] level.
Projectors have a gift of being very intelligent in their recognition [seeing] capacity.
So yes, you can recognize all these things, but if you don't really know what is correct for you, you end up putting [volunteering, intitating, overDOing, tossing it out just because you ‘can’] your precious energy, which is really precious as a non-energy type, putting your precious vitality recognizing [and engaging with] something that doesn't [ultimately]bring you the rewards that you're here to have.”
