Bitterness (& Exhaustion) | Words from Planet Andrea
Words from Planet Andrea
☝🏽part of a working title of something? 🤷🏻♀️
Guess we can wait and see what, if anything … catches on, takes root.
I do feel like a catch-all some place for stuff like this to land could be nice 🤔
Anyway - this just got pulled out of me, by way of a DM with a positively-passenger-progressing peep - one of my annual folks.
Clarity that gets put into words that can simplify things always feels successful for my Design.
Simple truths.
Whether this is that, only you can say though. :)
Yes I’m quoting myself here 🤓🥳🤷🏻♀️
Maybe I’ll break it into chunks to Canva 🤔

“Bitterness (also exhaustion) is a symptom of dis-ease in your Projector vehicle, not the source.
It can compound to feed and support the dis-ease, but it’s not the birth place.
The original source of bitterness (and exhaustion) in the projector vehicle can generally be traced back to Notself living.
Living in a way counter to our own wiring.
Seeing the source (usually sources) is generally the first step towards deconditioning.
Not feeling any way (guilty, judgmental, despair, anger - all of which can ebb and flow, it’s okay - that’s being human), about seeing the Notself living, is the next, imho.
To me this sort of seeing is the difference between being an unaware puppet that suffers, and someone in the audience, ready for the show (with plenty of popcorn of course).
It’s still a multi-sensory play for sure … but as a passenger, not a suffering puppet.”
