"I truly love being a human being. Despite everything I know about humanity, despite everything I’ve seen and the history I’ve absorbed it, makes no difference, it’s my species.
I care that it gets the opportunity to fulfill what its potential is - and we have this incredible force since 1781 of this homogenized mutation pounding at us.
And yet, isn’t it sweet that there are still those who find their way, who get away from the homogenized roller coaster pointed towards something that is not for us so that we can step off that and complete our work.
I know one thing that when I get to the end of my time here it is clear to me now that I see and am deeply thankful and grateful that what it is to be a creature like this is very beautiful.
It’s a great gift.
It is in fact a wonder in and of itself; and how satisfying that is to go out the door not caring about the next step and the next this and the next that and whatever. That’s not our job.
Our job is to live out the correctness of our potential. That our beauty, that’s why we’re here."
