When invitations are necessary.
This is a comment worth stashing over here (I was not involved - just curating atm) :)
“Sheana Lii McLaughlin - This piece right here has cleared up so much for me, thank you!
‘...waiting for the invitation is necessary when you want to initiate with the intention of directing other people in ways that you feel would be beneficial to them. When you're giving your guidance’
This resonated with me so much 💚
I understand like this now: It's okay to initiate when it is not about me directing others.
Makes so much sense when I think about
-Times I have initiated (with the intention of guiding/directing) without being invited and felt bitter
-Times when I initiated (no intention of guiding/directing) and it went smoothly
Now I realized it was because it wasn't about me guiding them and that's why -- tysm 💯”
My comment was -
Jackie Wilushewski - yeah this seems like a pretty important nuance right here.
It can still go even deeper - especially in personal relationships. But this is the core thing we as Projectors get to verify (or not) through our own experiments. 💯
Thank you Sheana Lii McLaughlin for prompting this clarity. 🤗👏🏼
