Run little Generators out of steam - it’s healthy for them ☺️
I wish I’d had a camera phone when @leed (3/5 Emo MG) was little. The places she fell asleep! 🤦🏻♀️
Do have one picture of her in a walker at maybe 14mos old - spaghetti in each fist, head flung back … conked out.
Sleeping under the dining room table was not uncommon.
Even ‘lost’ her once. She was maybe 4 or 5. Went looking for her everywhere and even alerted the neighbors.
Turned out she was still in the house … in her closet, underneath a thick layer of toys and books … fast asleep. 😂
I also remember laying in bed with her for hours and hours while she ‘didn’t sleep’ and I was well past spent.
By 4yo I was plopping her on the couch by 10pm with a 2hour VCR tape and instructions that she could sleep on the couch if she promised to turn off the tv when it was over.
I would go collapse. TV was always off when I woke up in the morning and she was always right there tucked in on the couch 👍🏼
#2 …Morgan, a 4/6 emo Gen … phew she was a never-sleeper during the day. All activity all the time. But she could be 💯 counted on to be asleep inside of 3 minutes once she hit the sheets.
Possibly interesting side note her PHS is direct-light (digestion ideal in daylight) and how appropriate for her to go full steam all day 🤗
Ahh HD would have been such a welcome addition from the beginning of our three (kid) experiments.

“You really see that in Generator children.
They’re so adorable the way in which suddenly from one moment to the next you see them just tumble to the side and they’re gone, wherever it is, on the floor, on a chair, it doesn’t matter.
There’s just this (sound of child winding down and thump).
When they go to sleep like that the angels are singing for them because that’s their mechanism. It’s that perfect mechanism.
And we have to understand that unless the Generator is allowed to go through a natural exhaustion, they’re not going to be healthy, because that’s their cleansing.
It’s like cleaning the final fumes out of an engine at the end of the day. It’s blowing out all the dirt. It’s blowing out all that stuff. It’s just getting it all out.
And you have to do it in a motor-way, not the way the non-Sacral being has to do it, which is simply trying to just literally breathe it out, breathe in without that energy.
For the Sacral being they need their exhaustion.
What that means is that the unhealthiest thing you do in the world is when we’re talking about Generators, it’s their planet. They make it. Every breath; it’s their planet.
So you’ve got these Generator children that are being forced to go to sleep, not go to bed, go to sleep.
And they’re forced to go to sleep because unlike the non- Sacral children, Generator children are an enormous energy force.
You come home from work, you and your wife have you’re your thing, and there you are, the two of you and there’s this (buzzing sound) frequency.
You should see my Generators after dinner. It’s like World War 76. There’s a frequency in the dining room that would destroy anybody (buzzing sound).
I don’t even want to feed them anymore. Tone down this frequency.
So the thing you have to see about the Generator is that the Generator has to be allowed their natural exhaustion.
And their natural exhaustion is not about saying to them, get into bed.
You put a Projector in bed and you come an hour later and the sheet hasn’t even moved.
You put a Generator in that bed you say rest. You come back; they’re not in the bed. The bed has been turned into a campsite, things are everywhere. Every machine in the room is on.
This is a Generator demonstrating resting. You can’t do that.
What you have to allow them to do is have their natural period of exhaustion. And at first that can frightening to a parent. I’ve been through it.
There is something horrifying about a three-year-old still being up at 11 o'clock at night; horrifying. They’re loud. They’re wild. They do things that normal creature don't do.
And when they’re still doing it at 11 o'clock at night, there’s a part of you that says, oh, I never should have had Generator children. But they do find the proper exhaustion rhythm.
The Generator, the Sacral motor, is the life-giving motor. One shouldn’t play with such a thing. It’s enormously powerful, as we well know.
But the only thing that's really designed to keep a Generator healthy is sleep...
And one of the things that will speed it up, if they’re a Generator mother, is that you can lie down with them and you can read to them and you’ll make them unconscious.
In other words, you can help them along to that point of exhaustion. You can stimulate their minds and get them into that and drag out the last fumes in any way you can, particularly in having them use the mind. It’s an old trick. What we do is we put our Generator children to bed then.
Now, what you have to understand is they go to sleep and they haven't exhausted the energy
frequency. It’s in them.
Unfortunately, the knowledge
of Dream Rave has been deeply distorted. One of things that you should really understand about the
nature of our dreaming state is that 90% of all human beings who are sleep alone are non-Sacral.
Think about that. Ninety percent of all human beings asleep within the context of Dream Rave are non-Sacral.
It’s very, very important.
This is a Sacral world. And the Sacral needs to be able to sleep totally exhausted. The engine isn’t off. It can’t be off until you die. It goes into a very special state.
And that state is not stimulated by the general programing. The only reason we have a Dream Rave is in order to protect Sacral beings from dying like flies. If we lose the Generators, all life dies.
Forever they’ve been trying to figure out why things sleep. It’s because of the Sacral Center.
Anything that has a Sacral Center has to sleep; anything, including a cell has to sleep, has to; otherwise, it cannot continue to do its work...
One of the things about Generator children that is very different from non-Generator children is how important diet actually is for them, because all of this has to do—for example, Generator children need to have a good breakfast.
That's not true for non-Generator children. It's not. They’ll get their breakfast from the first parent they meet. They’re suddenly full of energy. I’m not hungry; I’ve got my Sacral.
It’s only when they get into to the street and they’re walking to school do they realize that there's a hole in their stomach and they’re hungry.
But a Generator child, you can’t send a Generator child out in the world after it gets up without having food in it in order to get sustenance into that motor.
So this is a child that you have to have in the first seven years an enormous patience with, because a Generator child is going to tax you because it’s not going to allow you to put them away in a corner at seven or eight o'clock and say now I have my free time.”
