“If you have an active brain (left pointing arrow) you need three squares a day, you need to eat regularly, you don’t skip meals you don’t fast, you don’t do any of those things.
You have 3 good solid meals a day and you brain is fine, and your body will be nourished properly.
If you are passive (right pointing arrow) you should only eat when you are hungry you don’t need a lot of food.
Most beings who have a passive brain system that overeating is literally something that dumbs them down…
You cannot expect a brain that is not nourished correctly to function at the mind level well.
And it is something to grasp very clearly that when we are talking about the brain we are talking about the whole body after all, this is the master chamber where everything gets organized.
