The Petty Tyrant (& some thoughts about content creation)
Often, the first thing I see when I open FB on my phone is a post from Chaitanya FX - it’s usually the images that catch my attention first (huge marketing hint there btw)
Today is no different. And I can see that several here have already seen and appreciated it, which you’d think might discourage me from adding it here.
But no.
Couldn’t be further from the truth - it actually makes it make even more sense to me to add it here - because that makes the important part possible.
Conversation and storytelling.
Hearing other people’s stories (in this case of petty tyrant experiences and correct/incorrectness) is the potential value that can be arrived at here ... or anytime a quote or passage from someone or somewhere else is shared.
It’s what I see generally missing from a lot of posts in a lot of places - personal context.
Adding your humanity in is what can tip the scale from content spreader to content creator.
One can be pleasant enough.
And the other builds know, like and trust (the secret sauce that makes transactions possible) ... not with everyone, but with those who matter; the people who are meant to hear you.
Those who are here for YOUR Outer Authority.
I can share a petty tyrant and seeing my own correctness story example - from just last night - in the comments 😄
But first, in case you haven’t read it already or would like to again - here’s Ra -
“The petty tyrant - if you're awake and you're operating correctly then nothing in this life should be able to pull you away from that. But then again, if you're not constantly tested, how do you know? It's the petty tyrant that reaffirms our correctness.
If you're operating correctly and you say "yes" to entering into a relationship with somebody, well, then watch the movie. And you're going to see that regardless of the correctness, it can be correct to be in a relationship with a petty tyrant, somebody that really knows how to test you. It's wonderful after all, but it's not always pleasant.
The Maia is an interesting place and we often get this illusion that correctness is for sure leading us into paradise. It isn't like that at all - Life is life, after all, and everything is a binary. Both sides are necessary and both sides teach us about the Maia. In fact we learn the biggest lessons through the difficult experiences in our lives.
Relationships, connections with other human beings are very, very complex and difficult things. So better be correct when you enter into your next relationship, so that whatever the quality of that experience, it will be fulfilling to your spirit.”
