“We people with undefined solar plexuses (I am a Self projector, so no defined motor) definitely have our own feelings, like sadness or happiness, we can mourn and get annoyed etc..
Emotions are a different story; they are waves in motion, sent out by defined solar plexuses.
We are receptors and amplifiers of them, and we distort the waves as we often mix in our own fears and old emotional baggage = conditioning from our past.
The "art" of approaching that "dilemma" is to learn to ride the wave and not drown in it, like surfers do - still not always easy ;)
However, the responsibility how to deal with emotional waves lies with those who are defined - not to use these waves to blackmail or punish or blame the undefined ones.
(Every defined center can blackmail the undefined ones as there is reliable energy, which is not there in the openness)
And those who are open/undefined need to learn to discern what is theirs and what isn’t and also abstain from blame and re-action that is harmful.
Of course, easier said than done.
It takes time to learn to let go of the not self strategies in each undefined center, which our mind tells is to use as survival strategy (which had its function when we grew up)
And give ourselves a chance to decondition from what is so deep in us, what happened in our openness from the day we were born.
The solar plexus is an awareness center and until the mutation happens still also produces waves.
We have no clue what that can be like in babies yet to be born as we won’t mutate, only newborns.
The S.P. still being a motor that causes so much turmoil, always oscillating between hope and pain -
Those who are open there can have a lot of compassion for those who can never escape their own waves and yes, we can take in all kinds of frequencies and be connected to nature, to anything alive, even though only humans have solar plexus centres, only we are 9 centered.
Mammals are 5 centered , they don’t have up-and down waves.
What all of us can witness, feel and also resonate with is pain in others.
That is not caused by a wave but by suffering that is inflicted on them, as all animals are sentient and share a lot of DNA with us.
And I do also love trees and resonate with them, and a dying tree can make me weep.”
