Which centers are undefined/open for you?
Whatcha think about each of their descriptions? 🤔
Is there one Center that you can see has been a key to experiment above the others?
For me it was definitely my open Head center. There was soooo much occupying it that wasn’t mine/ for me to be taking on.
I still have to be vigilant tbh.
Especially unrecognized/ uninvited/ unheard ... phew the bitterness can come to roost quick!
Which even occasionally can still trash my whole day :)
🙄😋
Anywhoo ... dunno if you have a stand-out center like that?
Do you?
What (if anything) stands out or maybe feels familiar? 👀
Strategies of the Open Centers
Decisions from the not-Self are either always of mental nature, or become disguised through the mind and justified by it.
The signs of the not-Self in the open centers are the following:
1. become addicted for the themes of the open Centre
2. to want to confirm oneself in the open Center
3. trying to hold on to something in the openness
4. to make decisions based on the themes of the open Centers

Trying to attract attention, by manifesting (verbally or through action) too much and in the wrong moment; taking any opportunity to participate actively, so that finally something will happen; insecure in its expression, because never in control of it; burning the thyroid and damaging the metabolism.

Fixed thinking (the one-track mind); must always be right; the hunt for knowledge and truth, in order to find the true (second-hand) principles and values; fanaticism and extremism, which are based on (conditioned) mental concepts; damaging your eye and vision + psychological problems + anxieties.
