I woke up kind of later than usual and spent some time off and on most of the morning and on into the early afternoon thinking about two things (in between the other things)
1. "I should really call Aleda to see if she'd feel like doing my hair today" (she presses it every so often for me - also means I have to wash it first, not something my body was moving to do)
2. "I bet there's some kind of eye drop that could feel good to John's eyes" (he had a shocking accident on Tuesday where a tire he was filling blew up in his face and blasted sand into his eyes - much improved now). Didn't know what to get exactly and my body didn't move to do that either.
When I was just about ready to finally call Aleda, here she walks up onto my studio porch! (unusual - I usually go to her unless she's bringing me her dog to watch)
Then she tells me why she's come - to bring John some eyedrops (and other care package things) - she's apparently tried lots of kinds to help with her allergies and brought him the ones she likes best - AND it was the last one on the shelf 👀
And we got to talk about when there might be a window for doing my hair.
Maybe Sunday when her husband is out playing disc golf with friends (they're usually never available on the weekend) ... cool I can put of the whole hair washing mess another day :D
She's a 3/5 emo MG. I'm a 1/3 emo P. We need time to decide if we feel like doing that anyway.
No initiating on my end required. And we got a rare solo visit from her <3
Sometimes waiting is just so so the way.
PS. Jag is an excellent waiter. 😄
