This whole concept of no choice doesn’t really bother me the way it seems to be able to bother other people.
For me it’s one of those “it is what it is” things. But I can see that some people clearly struggle with it 🤷🏻♀️
I suppose that’s also ‘no choice’ 🙃😆
Here’s a quote from Ra, a question from someone else, a comment that got pulled from my Right Mind, and a second Ra quote (also from Koen) where he was answering similar questions.
There’s also a Ra quote this is reminding me of that found it’s way into my earliest HD sharing program - I made a video of me reading it. If that sounds interesting, I can see if I can track it down. :)
Bon apetite - or not 🤗
Photo & Ra Quote of the day from Koen:
“Most beings really think that at some level we are in charge and we’re not.
That at some level we’re responsible for the level of consciousness now, we’re not.
That we are somehow responsible for cultures, we’re not.
Choiceless we are. That sounded like Yoda. Choiceless we are that, yes. It's quite something.
I find this positioning to be almost exhilarating, because it's really the key in understanding how something so basic in learning this knowledge, beginning to understand that it's a program, that you operate within a program, at every level you are controlled, at every level there are control mechanisms.
And yet, not grasping that this vast cycle that we call a global cycle, this is the master control program.
In fact, there are greater programs beyond it, but they're certainly not personalized to our solar system, this is the great control program for here. [The Cross of Planning]. And it’s coming to an end.
You have to understand that what we have is an era in which authority has been taken away and has been institutionalized.
You all know that.
All the authorities we deal with in the modern life have been institutionalized whether they are governments, the laws, the police, on and on and on, it has all been institutionalized, it's all maintained through institutions. All these institutions control life on the planet.
That's why Human Design is important, not about all the things about—yes things we can understand [the details of HD], there’s all that stuff. I won’t get into all that.
What's important is the training [to know your own Authority].
You’re equipped to live in a world now where there is no global planning as a background because you have a place where you can find your own authority.”
“But if we have no choice, and the old program is ending anyway, and the new one is coming anyway, why is there human design and all? If we have no choice in living our life, it would unfold in exactly the same way, human design or not.... But here we are all choosing human design.... So we had no choice but to live in an illusion in which we think we have a choice?”
Me:
Maybe this message is as much about understanding and having grace for (and as a line of personal defense from perhaps) the folks who live with the ‘no choice’ of a life that doesn’t afford them access to their own Authority.
I think this practice of following our personal Authority for making decisions - the ‘point’ is to be able to not go crazy while the rest of the world loses its mind.
It’s an opportunity. One that everyone does not get. Also no choice in that 🤷🏻♀️
You bump into it, or you don’t.
You get an undistorted version of it, or you don’t.
You recognize the parts that are pertinent to your own life and are for your study, or you don’t.
Each is able to hear to whatever degree they are.
We’re getting the opportunity to taste what it is to be ourselves - everyone who finds their way to a group like this is.
The ‘payoff’ is the potential for less suffering. Both for ourselves and for the people we in turn encounter.
Particularly true for people with emotional definition. The less emotional chaos the gets pumped out as things continue to unravel, the better off everyone may be able to ride out whatever is ahead of us.
🤔
Interesting download thanks to your question, ty.
On a question about no choice Ra Uru Hu responded:
“One of the things is about the way in which life works because ultimately when I say there is no choice there is this ultimate question about, ‘Do I have a choice to follow my strategy?’
Answer, "No, there is no choice. There is only the illusion of choice."
“Do I have a choice in studying or not studying, in living the experiment or not living the experiment, being correct or being incorrect?"
Answer, "No. No choice."
And boy is that difficult for human beings to swallow. The vanity of the passenger, after all, and it‘s not a healthy vanity; it is not-self vanity.”
Koen’s personal comment -
“no choice is a liberation... no choice in what you say, what you do, no responsibility, no mistakes... just being the witness, the passenger... THAT is passenger consiousness”
How’s that land? 🤔
