We are Not Here to Suffer (here's the sign that you're on your way)
For anyone new (or even not so new) to Human Design - sometimes I speak in HD geek, been all up in it for a few years.
Am trying to be more intentional about leaving the foundation breadcrumbs here as I post, but sometimes I can't even see what's maybe missing, so please totally feel free to ask for clarification about whatever in the comments.
It helps me to know what direction to go in for sure.
Today it seems a good moment to include the basics of what's being referred to when you hear anyone talking about Strategy & Authority - or S&A for short.
I think it'll help when reading the Ra piece I've included below.
So here we go :)
First of all there are 4 Aura Types (don't get confused if anyone ever says there's 5, they're incorrect)
The 4 Types and their general % of the population (ie. # out of every 100 people on average) are -
1% Reflector
8% Manifestor
21% Projector
70% Generator/Manifesting Generator (split about 1/2 and 1/2)
And each Aura Type has a general 'rule for least resistance with others' Strategy.
Reflectors - to be initiated
Manifestor - inform (of movement, plans, projects, etc)
Projectors - wait for invitations with recognition
Generators - wait to respond to the life that is always coming to you
And each chart has a personal Inner Authority that's indicated on it - there are 7 possibilities - and some that are cross-Type possible.
Emotional (roughly 50% of the world)
Sacral
Splenic
Ego Manifested or Projected
Self Projected
Environmental (sometimes called 'none' - that's not true)
Lunar
Each have their own flavors and ways of being described. Of course, even within these possibilities there can be variation (example - there are 3 different types/patterns of emotional waves)
But anyway - that's a basic overview. Your Human Design chart has these details that are particular to your combination
I just wanted to make sure you have the info to understand what's being spoken of whenever Strategy (type specific) and Authority (sometimes type specific) - are mentioned.
'Cause they get mentioned a lot :)
And not without good reason.
If you don't already have an extended chart, and you'd like one - let's make that happen, k?
You can let me know your interest in the comments below :)
Now, here's one of the Ra passages I spotted today -
"There's something to grasp about why we're here.
We are not here to suffer.
This old seven centered story of "the Earth is the planet of suffering". Jesus... (pardon me, but..)
Give us all a break. I am not here to suffer. You're not here to suffer.
Are you crazy? This is madness.
The whole thing about being a nine centered being is that we're here to have a good time.
Honestly, we're here to have a good time. Even when we're in the middle of the ugliest shit - we're here to have a good time.
Because we're not going to be lost in this shit "oh, it's my fault! it's their fault! Reward me, punish them! Reward them, punish me!" who the hell knows...
Human beings are so messed up.
And you see, you're serious, and you caught up in all that stuff, because that's what your mind does to you. And then you miss the beauty.
You know, the first sign that the somebody is on the road to well being is that they laugh at themselves.
When they see the madness of their own mind.
When they see what it did to their life, - instead of moaning and weeping - to [be able to] get the joke.
See, we are here to be far beyond all that. We really are.
And you can't get there if your mind has got it's foot on the break all the time.
So you enter into the strategy and authority and what it does to you is it aligns you to your correct geometry ... that doesn't really mean that you know what the hell is going on.
You don't suddenly have an enlightened grasp of reality.
You're deeply conditioned creature that's beginning to correct themselves, slowly.
And one of the beautiful things about operating correctly is that you begin to embrace those things that are indeed correct for you, what you do, who you're with, all of that."
