Here’s a bit of Alok (1/3 Mani - emotional I believe 🤔)
“It is not about eliminating mind. You never do. It's about re-educating yourself. And the way you relate to yourself through your own mind.
Now if you're making this experiment and you want to be rigorous, and you have an open Root, don't expect to wake up to a world where there is no pressure.
If you wake up every day and there is stress all around you, don't let your mind tell you, “go and fix some problem.”
Learn and teach your mind to see that problems are normal. Problems are okay. Problems bring solutions.
Problems make us find out that we are capable of doing things, we never thought we could.
Problems are not good, problems are not bad. They are just problems.
It depends how you deal with them.
