Things I’m noticing - About posting this stuff on FB
So, I’ve been posting these on FB.
Here are the most recent 4 pieces, minus the progression shots - if you’d like to see those here, just holler k?
Easy possibility of eyeballs I guess is the reason for the FB activity.
I have a wide assortment of 4700+ “friends” on that profile.
Like a very mixed bag.
Very very mixed.
Which is a little disconcerting tbh.
The only ones that freak me out a bit are the eyeballs from my art HS peer group.
All kinds of undefined Will stuff crops up for me with them. 🤦🏻♀️
Some of the 4700+ are seeing & really digging the art posts.
Possibly some are not 🤷🏻♀️ … (but who knows or cares)
But tbh, it’s kind of boring, my 16.5 finds accolades generally boring 😂
Partly, I think there’s a connection to Fear Motivation here -
“these are Beautiful 🤩 “ type posts really don’t offer up much detail and certainly no opportunity to guide 🤷🏻♀️
It’s also not personal recognition.
Even though I have that Channel of Talent defined (16/48) … it’s somehow not personal.
Recognition of skills/talent feels like being recognized for your eye color or something.
My 16.5 is like “yeah yeah okay whatever, can we move on to the next thing yet?”
But I think it’s the absence of guidance piece that’s the “lacking success” flavor really.
Because there have been a few exceptions that I’m seeing.
A couple of “are you selling these?” have arrived - which is stirring its own possibilities.
Am I selling these? 🤔🤷🏻♀️
For the most part - there’s no #projectorsuccess in it see?
At least not for me.
My “Purpose” is “fulfilled through mind” … my words, their Mind.
Though maybe it’s not just words 🤔; I may have to research that a bit further. But I think it is pretty narrowly about words.
It has been interesting watching the ebb and flow of eyeballs . Wondering what part the algorithms are playing. Open head stuff.
Seeing what random stories come out of me as I’m sharing them, also been kinda fun.
What’s felt yummiest though is when people have said “you make me want to paint”
Or asked questions about the details of the process.
There’s something in the mix here like “too much Mastery spoils/obscures the real recognition possibilities”
Maybe it’s about too much mastery on display …. puts you up on some sort of pedestal 🤔
Or the nature of Social Media that has that pressure to interact. Which is its own kinda distracting (1/3 profiles, being only in the lower trigram, are not “interpersonal”)
Projector pressure to be one-on-one. Knowing that’s where the actual success lies lends to feeling like interacting with each and every person is a good thing 🤔
Wasted sifting and sorting energy for this 1/3.
Fine enough in this amount of responses - impossible and potentially personally negatively impactful at scale.
😅 Some funny thoughts, eh??
There’s something worth understanding here … (for me anyway).
More to come…. I think 😄🙃
PS. All 4 of these were experiments in Andrea-unusual color combinations.
Trial and error for the win! 🥳😍😊
