It’s funny to me how I can nod at this “just do it” messaging not feel it’s in confict with HD.
I think it’s because I insert Strategy & Authority into the mix as an assumption and also recognize that it’s more often than not Mind / Fear / Notself that’s stopping people.
Which, of course with Fear Motivation is totally my jam.
There’s also the natural leaning and necessity of a 3rd line profile to try things in order to get wiser … “just do it” perhaps is just more appropriate/required for 3rd liners than for everyone else.
And yet also, so much is not for me to be “doing” lol … and yet even that’s my Mind thinking this or that unless I’m letting my body’s energy make the decision to Do or not Do.
Am currently experiencing this with long overdue a kitchen remodel job.
My Mind thinks it’s John’s thing to do. But my body is picking away at the doing. And calling him and his albeit somewhat reluctant expertise in (mister 2nd line natural) when I run into roadblocks.
At some point the energy might shift - to him being interested in the project - or maybe it won’t.
What’s kind of funny is to listen to his sacral through it all. It’s clearly not his work to do the ‘grunt work’. And to watch myself pick away at removing the tile from the old backsplash with zero bitterness, for example.
He prefers to build from a clean slate and I’m seeing what’s not working and cool breaking bonds with the old - something like that 🙃🤷🏻♀️🙂
I guess what I’m meaning to say is - WHY we’re doing or not doing this or that matters.
Following our own Authority and being able to witness our life (notself bits maybe especially) is what I see working as a way through.
PS. “Creating Your Dream” = total Mind 😅😆
A rephrase to “Living as Yourself” could work though :)
“What are you afraid to do or be that’s stopping you from Living as Yourself”
There that’s better 🤗🥰

Art of Evolved Living (in a van). Today we had to replace the window because it leaked. Bummer, but no reason to get upset, just fix it.
Then I worked on cutting sheets of plywood for the floor. Having never used a circular saw before, I watched some youtube videos, got some good tips, figured out how the saw works, watched Jack do it, and decided to go for it. Far from perfect, but I did it.
Got me thinking about...How many minutes and how many moments do we spend in our lives not doing something because
-we are afraid
-We have never done it before
-we have no confidence
-we've lost our trust
Once I got over my fear and just did it, I was internally embarrassed about how timid I had been because it was so easy. Far from perfect, no one got hurt, and I got my plywood cut.
Where in your life are you not letting your dreams come true because you may have to do something you have never done before? There is no one else around to do it for you? You are so afraid to start, that you never do and you fail?
Step into your dreams. Overcoming your fears and what you perceive as your inability to do something is all part of the journey.
